Making an international move requires a huge amount of planning and dedication, and an expert realty team.  Ryan and Stacy are extremely knowledgeable about Naples and the surrounding areas. We conveyed our needs and wants and they helped us find our perfect home in the area zoned for the school of our choice for our daughter.  We flew in to Ft. Myers on a very tight timeline with the goal of having a signed contract before flying back home.  We hit the ground running as Stacy was well organized and had an itinerary in place with multiple homes to view each day. At the end of our time together we had a signed contract just as we’d hoped.

The communication never stopped throughout the process and we even heard from them while they were on vacation - checking in, making sure documents were being signed etc.  Returning once again to Naples to take possession of our new home, Ryan and Stacy worked with us, the previous owners, and their realtor to get an earlier close so our daughter could settle in the weekend before the start of her first day at her new school.

Ryan and Stacy are very approachable, great at communicating, facilitating and follow through.  They took their time with us never rushing and were present during the process.  We love our new home, our daughter loves her school.  We feel blessed to have crossed paths with Ryan and Stacy and would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Ryan Johnston sold us a spec home at Valencia Trails (Naples) in early 2021 when we were returning to Florida to retire.

We have purchased and/or built ten homes all over the country, from Massachusetts to California and points in between and have NEVER had such a professional, caring and thorough agent.  He was able to help map out the pool for the home, its location and size, which was an important aspect of the purchase.  

Because our home was a spec home and we were unable to pick out any of the interior details, Ryan understood our apprehension.  He made it a personal commitment to send us updates and pictures of the home construction every week as things were completed. That helped put our minds at ease.
